why does my punto or most of the disal cars spits dark smoke at higher rpms.
how can I reduce the the smoke and make it cleaner in all rev band.
Obviously suit build up in manifold, how to clean the suit?

Improving the air intake is one way to help it. Also it will help to flush the engine and add Diesel fuel system cleaner.
Cleaning the intake I have done a number of times with carb cleaner spraying into the intake while the engine is running. This might not be sufficient when a certain level of contamination is exceeded. Then it is a physical cleaning job.
